| A- We are happy to make suggestions of both hotels and restaurants to our clients. It's important to us that our clients enjoy all aspects of their trip to Guadalajara. |

| Q- I have to stick to a budget for the furnishing of our new place in Puerto Penasco. Can you work with me if I don't have unlimited funds to spend? |

| A- Definitely. Knowing our client's budget is a great help to us in planning their buying trip and of course the discounts we are able to pass on to our clients helps to keep their costs down. |

| Q- What about shipping costs? Is it very expensive? |
|
|
| A- Shipping costs can vary a lot depending on whether the client buys enough merchandise to fill a truck or not. The cost of shipping a dining table and chairs as part of a full truckload will be much less than if those same items were sent as a "consolidated" shipment----when a truck is filled with many small orders. In fact it is usually less expensive to pay for a complete truck and only fill 1/3 of it than to ship those items as consolidated freight. |
