The $350USD/day fee is to be paid at the conclusion of the buying trip along with a 50% deposit for the suppliers to begin production.

Once the orders are completed and ready for shipment the final 50% of the purchase price is to be paid along with 80% of the Ollin Inc. commission prior to the departure of the shipment from Guadalajara.

The remaining 20% of the Ollin Inc. commission is to be paid a week after delivery of the shipment.

A written contract clearly defining all aspects of the working relationship between Ollin Inc. and clients is signed by clients prior to the start of their buying trip to Guadalajara. A copy of this contract is available for review by client prospects.
